Refund Policy for Pearls Perogies
At Pearls Perogies, we strive to provide you with the highest quality frozen perogies. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. This policy outlines the circumstances under which we can offer a refund.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are  unable to accept returns or offer refunds for shipped orders unless there is an issue with the product upon arrival.

Circumstances for Refunds-

Damaged Perogies: If your perogies arrive damaged due to mishandling during shipping, we will gladly offer a full refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide photos of the damaged packaging and perogies.


Spoiled Perogies: In the rare case that your perogies arrive spoiled upon arrival, we will offer a full refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide photos of the spoiled perogies.

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the circumstances outlined above, please contact us at pearlsperogies@gmail.com within the specified timeframe.  Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
